Students have to maintain regular class attendance in order to progress effectively and to qualify for participation in performance activities at the school. Absences may put a student at risk for injury and negatively impact production rehearsals. We reserve the right to suspend any student from performing in our productions due to excessive absences of classes or/and rehearsals.

Class Cancellation

If there is a question regarding cancellation due to inclement weather, please call the school at 232-2990 or visit our web-site for up-to-date information. Canceled classes will be made up during the school year or at the end of the season.

The School reserves the right to cancel a class because of insufficient enrollment at any time during the course of the academic year. Minimum enrollment required for an official class is six students

Students not complying with rules of conduct risk suspension.

Observation of Classes

Guests are not permitted in the classroom while a class is in session. However, parents and guests may observe classes during the time specified on the yearly calendar.

Please, refrain from bringing small children and to remain for the full class period.

Bulletin Board

Students and parents should check this board often to verify holidays, rehearsal and performance information. Emergency and special-event information will also be posted there.

Liability

Our school assumes NO liability for personal injury and is not responsible for any belongings left at the school.

The Value of Open Dialogue

If parents or students have any concerns, we are most interested in learning about them. Please make a point to bring them up with us. Your needs are important to us. Also, if you have any suggestions, we would like to hear about them. An objective perspective, from the outside looking in, is often valuable and we would like to hear what you are thinking about.
